The first phase connects raw materials on the first floor with machining, moves semi-finished parts from the first floor to coating on the third, and transfers coated parts to assembly and storage on the second floor. Finished goods then return to the first-floor shipping dock.
The factory had relied on manual transport with inconsistent material placement and limited staffing. A subsequent phase was planned to extend automation across the full workflow.
