Plan material handling and storage around your site
Whether you are building a warehouse, upgrading a production line or improving an existing workflow, your site is a good starting point. Together, we can review your materials, cycle times and available space to explore suitable equipment, system connections and implementation plans.
01 / Materials and workflows
You can start with the loads you move, the pickup and drop-off points, and your cycle times. Any stacking, cross-floor or outdoor operations are also helpful to know.
- Loads and carriers: photos, maximum dimensions and weights, and pallet or rack specifications
- Workflows: pickup and drop-off points, routes, and receiving and dispatch processes
- Tasks and timing: shifts, peak task volumes and target cycle times
02 / Site and system integration
If you have a factory or warehouse plan, it can help explain access and working conditions. A complete plan is not needed to begin; the following information is also useful:
- Site layout: aisle widths, rack dimensions, doors, lifts and charging areas
- Operating conditions: floors, slopes, indoor or outdoor environments and special constraints
- System integration: existing WMS, MES or ERP systems, and equipment and interfaces that need to work together
03 / Project goals and timing
We would be glad to hear what you hope to improve, where your project stands and your preferred timing. You do not need to have every detail ready. We can start with what you have and work through the requirements and next steps together.
